A clearer route to care in China

About ChinaSpecialistCare

We are a China-based coordination service for international patients considering medical care. We help organise useful records, clarify the next step and coordinate hospital arrangements. Diagnosis, suitability and treatment decisions remain with the treating clinicians.

Who we are

A China-based coordination team for international patients

ChinaSpecialistCare is operated by Suzhou Fenglin International Travel Service Co., Ltd. We support patients who are considering specialist review, treatment, surgery, health checks or other medical services in China.

Our role is to make an unfamiliar system easier to navigate: organise the information, identify a relevant pathway, communicate with suitable hospitals and help prepare the practical steps around a visit.

We do not diagnose, prescribe or promise a treatment outcome. Medical opinions and treatment decisions come from the participating hospital and licensed clinicians.

How we work

Four principles behind every case

Patients should understand what is known, what still needs confirmation and which organisation is responsible at each step.

01

Review before travel

A diagnosis, records and treatment goals should be reviewed before flights or hospital promises are treated as confirmed.

02

Evidence before claims

Published rankings are context, not a substitute for matching the exact condition, subspecialty and access route.

03

Clear service boundaries

Our coordination work is explained separately from hospital care, clinician decisions and third-party services.

04

Only the support needed

Some patients need a single appointment; others need record review, treatment coordination and support on the ground.

From first message to next step

A simple route through a complicated system

The route can change with the case, but the responsibility at each stage remains clear.

STEP 01

You send a short summary

Tell us what has been diagnosed, what records exist and what you hope to achieve.

STEP 02

Our team checks the records

Our general practitioner or coordinator identifies missing information and the likely review route.

STEP 03

The appropriate experts review

A relevant hospital specialist—or a multidisciplinary team for complex cases—considers the available information.

STEP 04

We explain practical options

You receive the feedback and, if appropriate, a plan for appointments, admission, treatment or travel support.

What we do—and what we do not do

One team, clearly defined responsibilities

This distinction protects patients from mistaking coordination for a medical guarantee.

ChinaSpecialistCare can

  • help organise medical information and identify missing records;
  • coordinate proxy consultation or multidisciplinary review;
  • request appointments and communicate with hospitals;
  • support admission, treatment and surgery arrangements after acceptance;
  • assist with companions, interpretation, visas, arrival and local logistics.

ChinaSpecialistCare cannot

  • diagnose, prescribe or replace a treating doctor;
  • guarantee hospital acceptance or a named specialist;
  • guarantee a procedure, result, recovery time or final price;
  • make emergency-care decisions through a website message;
  • control visa authorities, hospitals or other independent providers.

Not sure whether care in China fits your situation?

Start with a short summary. You do not need to choose the hospital or service before contacting us.

Ask about your case

Find the route that matches your enquiry

You can ask about an expert opinion while you remain at home, an appointment in China or help with treatment arrangements. A proxy consultation is optional, and any paid service is explained and agreed before you proceed. Routine checkups and TCM consultation planning have their own enquiry routes.
