ChinaSpecialistCare, operated by Suzhou Fenglin International Travel Service Co., Ltd., provides information, record organisation, hospital navigation and non-clinical coordination. We are not a hospital, clinic or emergency service.

Using this website or speaking with our coordination team does not create a doctor-patient relationship with ChinaSpecialistCare.

2. Website content is general information

Information about specialties, procedures, hospitals, specialists, travel preparation, expected pathways and costs is provided to help you ask informed questions. It is not individual medical advice, diagnosis, a prescription or a treatment recommendation.

Medical knowledge, hospital policies, clinician availability and public information change. We aim to keep pages useful and accurate but cannot guarantee that every item is complete, current or suitable for your circumstances.

3. Initial review and record organisation

Our team's general practitioner or coordinator may check whether records appear complete, organise information and identify the department or type of review that may be relevant. This administrative and navigation step is not a clinical diagnosis and does not replace an examination by your treating clinician.

Where you purchase a proxy consultation or multidisciplinary review, the medical opinion is provided by the participating hospital specialist or clinical team, not by ChinaSpecialistCare. We coordinate the process and communicate the resulting information.

4. Hospitals and licensed clinicians decide care

The responsible hospital and licensed professionals decide whether to review or accept a case, which additional examinations are needed, whether travel is medically appropriate, and what diagnosis or treatment plan should be offered.

A hospital may reach a different conclusion from a previous clinician, request more records, direct the case to another department, recommend local care, or decide that a proposed procedure is not appropriate.

5. Hospital rankings, listings and specialist references

Published specialty rankings, hospital profiles and public department information are reference points, not personal recommendations. A highly ranked department is not automatically the best provider for every subspecialty, procedure or patient.

Unless expressly stated, listing a hospital, specialist or external website does not mean that party endorses, sponsors or is affiliated with ChinaSpecialistCare. Final matching also depends on the exact diagnosis, relevant experience, access, timing and hospital acceptance.

6. No guarantee of access, price or result

We cannot guarantee:

• acceptance by a hospital, department or named specialist;
• a particular appointment, admission date, room, procedure, surgeon or treatment plan;
• the accuracy of a preliminary estimate or a final treatment cost;
• visa approval, travel permission or a fixed waiting time; or
• a medical benefit, recovery, cure or other outcome.

Medicine involves uncertainty. Individual results differ and complications may occur even when care is provided appropriately.

7. Limits of remote and proxy review

A remote, written, proxy or multidisciplinary review is based on the records made available. Missing, inaccurate, untranslated or outdated information can affect the opinion. A remote review may not replace an in-person examination, new tests, pathology confirmation or direct discussion with the patient.

Do not start, stop or change medicine or treatment solely because of website content or a coordination message. Discuss clinical decisions with the clinician responsible for your care.

8. Travel, visa and cost information

Travel, visa, insurance, accommodation and local-support information is general assistance. Entry rules, airline policies and hospital requirements can change and should be checked with the relevant authority or provider.

Hospital and third-party estimates may change after an examination or if the treatment plan, materials, room type or length of stay changes. ChinaSpecialistCare collects only its stated coordination service fee; hospital, medical, travel and other provider charges are paid directly to the relevant provider.

9. Emergencies and urgent symptoms

If you are unsure whether symptoms are urgent, seek prompt advice from a local licensed clinician or emergency service rather than waiting for international coordination.

10. External professionals and providers

Hospitals, clinicians, interpreters, companions, laboratories, travel providers and other third parties are independent and responsible for their own services. ChinaSpecialistCare coordinates within the scope of the service ordered but does not control independent clinical judgments or third-party operations.
